Power Rankings - A New Day - Seeker
That's my cliche title for this week's power rankings. Since Gamer hasn't been updating them for a while, it's up to me (Seeker) to come and give you your daily dose of power rankings.

As for how my rankings are done... since I want you to read the entire article the teams will be listed from the bottom to the top. I will even include forfeit teams this time around because I know you guys are so starved for updates that you would even enjoy reading about those squads.

32. Golden Knights: Forfeit team 1 consists of entirely unknown players who probably never even knew there was an MWC tournament.

31. GTM: LonE!?!!?! You seem to try this a lot now in the vain hope that GTM will actually play as a team again. C'mon man, you know it's not going to happen again.

30. Civil: Fake Entry. I suppose it's nice to dream...

29. Camper Killers: These guys get 29 because I have a feeling that there was at least some effort involved when this team was signed up. There was some glimmer of hope for people on this squad, that their team would play in MWC.

28. Bad Company: Typical WW2 team that gets cored in week 1 and then assumes that the tournament is done after their first loss.

27. United Mythers: I think these guys actually wanted to play in this MWC. They had some decent players like Welly. However, after their initial match, they were no-shows. They are ahead of Bad Company because they do  have some decent known players.

26. Companion Raiders: Forfeiting their first DE match to DET eliminated what could be considered a mediocre lower rung team. Too bad, they might have actually won one game in the bottom bracket before getting cored in their next match.

<3 Tab. Swedish Bastard Squad.

25. Marmotas Assassins: The Baby Thors when given winnable games such as matches against GRU and TC flopped, giving them the lowest ranking out of the teams that actually do show up and play every match.

24. The Furious Gypsies: EMPTY PHIL! EMPTY PHIL! EMPTY PHIL!

Haha these guys are ahead of MA because of some half decent play against TWF. They also took a game from DET which is better than MA can say for themselves.

23. The Order of the Serpentine: These guys are ahead of MA & Gypo  solely because every single game they have played has placed them against a team significantly better than they are at Myth 2. If this was Myth 1, it would be another story however.

22. The United Front: Looks like they made it to DE3. A pleasant surprise. I suppose the fact there were 7 forfeit teams instead of 4 really helped them as well. They have a win over Gypo which helped land them the #22 spot over ~S~.

21. DM - Brain fart against Tnam aside, these guys have proven that they belong in this mwc and are capable of some decent play.

20. EICW: Close losses to BMW, and Tcox have proven to me these guys are one of the better "bad" teams out there.

19.  OoH: the best "Bad" team out there. They have some players like Frumius who not only understand Myth but can also develop strats that can dominate other "bad" teams.

18. Tank Clan - Clank's old order lands here because they lost to #17 gru. I'm pretty dissappointed actually, I was expecting TC to make it to at least DE2 top bracket or make their series against age close at least.

17. Gru - With Timmah back, this is once again a team that can cause trouble to rusty squads or teams without a lot of depth to them. They are a team that has proven itself able to handle bad teams with ease and stand toe to toe with mediocre teams.

16. BMW - RMA beat TFS, yes. Therefore, they should be above TFS.

Nope, they got lucky against TFS. Plus, TFS made some nice roster additions...

15. TFS - The addition of Browning to this squad has convinced me that should they play RMA now, they would win the match. This was a quality pickup for Elfoid's band of crazy quacks.

With Will, Demo, and Browning this team has 3 strong players who can lift the rest of the weak parts up over quite a few teams in this tournament. Also, Elfoid isn't that bad of a player anymore...

14. Age - Coming off a dongage of TC, they bounce back with a series of great games against BME. If they played Caer a little smarter, they could have pulled Myth's biggest shocker in a long while, and completely overshadowed DET's surprising win. Expect these guys to be tough next year.

13. GC - What was up with that showing against LRCG? C'mon, even without Myk you can do better than that.

12. NFDF - They got drubbed by Tcox and probably could have lost their match against Age in the QR. It was a coin flip between them and GC for 13 & 12.

Now onto the 11th spot:

The 11 Spot: This spot is dubbed such because of the infamous ICBM squad that could have won in MWC03 but due to incredibly poor play finished "11th". It is now the spot in the power rankings rewarded to the good team who throws up a dud. This week was between BME & Tnam for the spot.

11. Tnam - Losing to DET? Check. Losing to DET while dominating 4 out of the 5 games at points? Now that's weak. If this team practiced more they would be way up there.

10. SL - Adding Sam & Nem to an already solid roster has made this team a true dark horse. I have to wait to see how said combo works against a good team before deciding to rate them higher or lower.

9. SV - Typical solid Poop play. Even yet uneven, also chunky. They are 9 because I think the teams ahead of them are better or the teams ahead of them did something that merited being ranked ahead of them.

8. DET - They take their traits of their leader Thor in that they are able to prey upon teams that play badly, teams in disarray, and teams that simply put don't have it together.

This is a squad that got the first true upset win of the MWC and as a result they get bumped up to 8 as their reward.

7. LRCG - These guys w/o Dantski & Nitro around are a joke. With Dantski & Nitro on and playing, they are dangerous and a team that can threaten any team outside the top 4.

6. TWF - They look like their back. Even though they lost to poop, they lost without the presence of regulus and jengizu, their two top players at the time of match. Furthermore, this loss was only by one point. With the addition of Blade and more general activity occurring with this team, they are starting to play like the TWF squads of old. With more practice they have the potential to scare any team in this tournament. Give them their 4 balls voters.

5. Ele - The loss of SB further erodes the talent on this squad. Without Head showing up, this squad has a definite lack of power playing heavy hitters and thus in my mind, do not deserve 5 balls.

4. BME - You get the 4 spot as the "Worst" of the best teams because of the egg you laid against Age. If Tnam didn't foul up, you would be 11 so count yourself lucky.

3. TCox - A donging of a solid team in NFDF has proven to me these guys have the potential to take the cup.

2. BIA3 - POX RIDDEN WEASELS MARK A CANOPY OF SLUDGE THAT BREAKS UNDER PRESSURE FROM 6 TEENAGE CYBORG SLUTS.

Be glad you aren't in the 4 spot. If BME didn't foul up, I would place you there. Get better or else when you meet the #1 team you will be hurt, badly.

1. NP - I wouldn't want to meet these guys in a friendly game of Myth at this time. The addition of SB to NP gives an already incredible squad even more depth.

The guys they bench would probably be star players for squads from 5-32, oh and TCox.
