scout is like a sort of mascot for TWF, he gets pusless ghols and generally tags stuff.
You know how Scout units are pretty bad at combat in the Civilization games?
The other assessors are about right here, Scout is a cool guy but has never really stood out. He also hasn't shown up during this MWC yet as far as I know.
