JB is a large, green friendly monster, kind of like a Japanese Big Bird, who is the star of a bilingual children's show on Japanese tv. His dance is known as 'The JB Stomp'.

And now, on with the match review, which will be my last for the QR. Not a bad match up, the match win could realistically have gone to either team.Stampede/Desert;
Both teams trades are almost a mirror of each other, with thrall, 10 pigs for TC, 12 for JB, 20 archers each side. Only big difference is that JB get a max ghol pack and 2 dorfs, TC getting 5 wights for pus and 5 dorfs and 10 ghols.

TC try a 3 way at first, whilst JB, shaking his large furry emeraldness, charges center with just about everything.

TC can't believe their luck with pigs down south, and the herd crosses the river at 11.20 on the clock with no hindrance. But they have been spotted. Mario of JB peels away a large squad of warriors and ghols from the bridge fight, and charges south to intercept, the rest of JB are crushing TC's middle force, unworried by a small TC north flank.

At first, it looks like TC can hold off Mario's attack, he has melee, they have a lot of melee backed up by a dorf and some arcs. Some sly ghol work by the JB guy sees TC bomb a few of their own pigs, and Mario's melee cuts through the rest of the herd with no problems.Ghols are used mostly to draw archer and dorf fire into the pigs, which seemed to upset TC.

JB are now well into TC's half of the map, and heading their juggernaut north.
For some reason TC decide to use their pus on the enemy melee, rather than the pigs. As JB have more than enough melee and artillery on escort, they shrug this off easily and their 12 pigs go twinkle twinkle poof, daijobu des.

This match turned on ghols. JB's as a threat and feint, allowing warriors to do pig-sticking, and TC's ghols stuffed up, big style, when they could have forced a tie.
Baka desyou.Terries/Trow;
Trow/myrks/soulless/warlocks. Maximum soulless for JB, and 2 locks. 7 locks and a handful of soulless for TC.
A fast and furious fight, with strategies changing throughout. Good team work from all. Like stampede, the teams adopt the same strats, with TC trying a three way, and JB bunging everything center and looking well tough.

When TC see the threat mid they regroup fast to hold their ground. JB change their mind about flanks, and send 3 trows off to annoy.
The star of this game was Sherman TC, who after a lot of failed lock bursts at a vast array of spear chuckers, finally manages the one shot that sees the % of units alive go to TC's adavantage. From being down to 84% early on to JB's 94%, Sherman's one lock shot takes out about 14 enemy soulless. TC's captain remarks 'Sherm, i love you'.

JB hated this loss so much that they sent all 5 trow south to deal with the killer lock and his trow and myrk bodyguard.
Sorted, but JB lost 2 trow in the process, and the other 3 were weakened badly.

Back to the center, TC have forced their way over into JB turf, and win this fight quickly. JB manage to hold onto one flag south as the time runs out.

All round a good standoff at first, with rapidly changing threats and counter-threats. Locks vs soulless was a fine battle of wits rather than kills, with Sherman's one good lock burst essentially winning the game for TC.

Ara!!Flag Rally/Cracks;
If ghols won for JB in stampede, they didn't do the biz in this, although they could have. JB trade for 10 ghols to TC's 5. TC have a few thrall and 6 dorfs with 16 archers and warriors, JB have 3 dorfs and more archers. JB go for defence on their two outer flags, as do TC. TC send a big force center, JB does the same with less, and as soon as they see that they are outnumbered, are immediately in retreat. Killery does some fine work to the northwest and nails tow flags for JB, but also takes heavy losses.

Gastank of JB claims the vacated center mound as TC try to put the squeeze on JB's south eastern flag VI. The pinch works, TC get the flag and make a move for the last flags, inside JB's fortress.

And proving that hindsight, or at least film reviewing, is 20/20 vision, i can smugly say that Gastank could have won this for JB if he's sent his ghols off to tag.
(The TC north flags were only lightly guarded, which wasn't even recce'd, let alone attacked).
Instead, his center force missed a good chance to put some serious hurt on TC, Gastank had his dwarf high up, but too far back to get into a killing spot before TC had rushed past below him.
Hiro and Delph, having yielded the JB flag VI, decided to put everything they had onto defence at home.
Gastank followed, when a better move may have been to help Killery on flag taking to the north.

The JB defence doesn't hold up well, TC managed to get a dorf and some archers and melee close up to a wall with no casualties, and waited while their pincer squad charged into to JB's fort from the west. JB's archers spent their time shooting arrows into the wall buttress, a TC dwarf sniggering to himslef below, and TC melee converged on the last flag with about 1 minute left to go.

It all ended rather anti-climatically, with Hiro JB walking off the last flag to give TC the game and match.
