Early Report and Predictions - t o x y n
hi

Just writing some stuff to provide fresh content. Quality wise, it'll probably suck. Also, I don't proofread or spellcheck. Enjoy.

Early Team Assesments and Predictions

Ageha
Team consists of most fairly active players. Their skill level is above mediocre, and they seem communicate well (I don't understand Japanese). Given they can schedule good enough to have 4-5+ players show at each match, they'll provide for good matches against teams like TBH, Wacky Delly, OoH, RMA and others. Not enough to get past the heavyweights though, so I can see a DE2 or 3 exit being the length that they'll go in this tournament.

Anal Bleachers
I assume the anal reference is supposed to reflect on how their matches might be total rape in their favor. Well, these manly givers sure have something to prove don't they? Maybe not, who cares, but they have enough talent on the squad to make a good run in this tournament. I wouldn't say their title contenders just yet, but it could be possible. Scheduling is gonna be an issue as well.

Ancrik
It sucks I have to say it, but its almost guranteed these fellas won't be making a deep run in the DE rounds. With only 5 men on the roster, and 4 in a semi-active status, things will be tough. If they can consistently get at least four people on, they'll be a decent squad to play against. DE2 exit most likely. They're cool people though, so if your team plays them, you will most definetly enjoy playing some Myth with the 'Criks.

Assorted Superhero Squad
This team sucks because Cheezefist is on it. Cheezefist sucks. Hey Cheezeface, you suck. If we play, make sure Cheezefist can't make it. He sucks. Dantski is good though, so if your team is up against the ASSes, schedule a time that he can't make. Cheezefist sucks.

Probably a DE4ish exit for the ASSes.

CobraKongCommandos: Castlefight Series
I'm too frightened to say anything bad. Tiger can afford to buy my family.

CKCCS wins mwc this year, or at least make the semi's.

Elfoids Newb Army
Note to ENA: You know, you guys don't have to keep this team name. I just put it there as a joke, because I thought it was only temporary because I wasn't given a new team name to replace the old one.

This team is half-decent, picking up some familiar faces and some non-familiar ones (to me, anyway). They have an ok grasp of playing the game, but the lack of strong team work and overall skill levels will hurt them. Depending on who they play, the end of the road for these dudes will be in DE2.

Horny Italians
I don't know shit about these guys really. Based on the player TAs, I'll have to presume that the QR will be a challenge for them. DE2 exit being the most extreme possibility.

Marmotas Assassinas
An active squad of players with some experience and so-so skill level. Only 7 players on the roster and their schedule isn't very flexible either. I'll have to say a DE2 exit for the MA.

Mental
A good mix of players with a nicely balanced roster. A good matchup against teams like ENA, Ancrik, TBH, OoH. They won't have the power to make a deep DE run, however. DE3 is the farthest I see this team going.

Monkey Island Cannibals
They are still looking to add players, but at this point, things don't look good. QR will be a challenge and they will surely have trouble if they can't pick up more players.

Myth Blooper Allstars
Looks like a pretty good team. They have multiple people who can handle captain duty and a good amount of talent. Scheduling might be tough in some cases, but should manage to get a consistent amount of 5+ players at matches. Winning the tournament is a little out of reach for them, but capable of pulling off upsets and making it to DE5 or better.

natsi paviaanit
They've already won multiple MWC titles, and they return this year with the standard stout Np roster. They don't have Arzenic this year, but they are still dangerous. I don't want to doubt them another title win and then look like an ass if they pull off a repeat. DE5 exit at the least.

Northern Plaid Civil Fellowship of Rohan
lol. DE3 exit mb.

Order of H'Pak
Good people, and good familiarity between players. Another quality team that others will have the pleasure of Mything with. Good matchups for teams like: RMA, TBH, Mental, Ancrik, and Wacky Delly. DE3 exit.

Real Men Alliance
Most of these guys aren't as active as they used to. Not sure how much they care either. Not that they won't play, they enjoy the game like everyone else in this tournament, but they won't be too much of a challenge for the top tier teams. They made it to DE3 last year, and if they gather up enough for 5+ at each match, they can possibly make DE4.

Shrek the Third
I'm not sure if they're adding more players or what, but they have a nice roster now. Mostly consists of the Elephriends group last year, with Tai and PG on board this time around. Should be able to get reach DE4. Good matchups for teams like: A.S.S., MBA, Syndicate, Supreme and TCox.

Supreme
Sort of an odd roster, but they'll manage to keep pace with teams like: S3, A.S.S., and Wacky Delly. Some practice as a team might help, I'm not sure how well the communication is between these guys during team games. DE3 exit sounds like a safe bet at this point.

Tank Clan
Good group of people, and an ok skill level overall. I haven't seen some of their players online in a while, so things might not go as well as last year (DE3 exit). Good matchup for teams like: TBH, Mental, OoH, and Ancrik. DE3 exit again for TC most likely.

The Furious Gypsies
They were crushed by OoH in DE2 last year, partly because only 2 people showed up. They have an even smaller roster this year. Going to have to say that a repeat DE2 exit is in store for Gypo.

The Syndicate
We will win and then I will have extra beer money.

ThunderCox
Not as powerful as they were last year, and their roster has shrunken to only 8 players. Still pack a punch, and can make at least a DE4 run if activity goes on the rise.

Twisted Brotherhood
Give them some credit, they practice and try to improve their game. They haven't been around a long time, but they are all on reguarly. Reminds me of the type of teams you would see back in 98-99, when there was a lot of new teams playing in their first or second tournament together. They seem to work ok as a team and have an improving grasp of strategy. They'll also have a consistent turnout for matches. Not enough firepower to pull off any upsets just yet, but they'll do ok. DE3 exit depending on who their DE2 opponents are.

Wacky Delly
Small but talented group. AD, Prop and Glass are the biggest threats on this team, in my opinion. Good matchup for teams like: RMA, A.S.S., Supreme, and Wu-Tang. Hopefully they can recruit some more players to pad the roster and have a better chance for consistent turnouts. As things stand now, I'll say they are capable of making it to DE3 pending they get least 5 people to every match.

Wu-Tang Clan
Short roster and even shorter of active players. Registration isn't over, so they might be adding more people later. Oddly enough, ducky is the team leader and he's the only one who wasn't on the DET crew from MWC06. Too early to say how they will fare. If the lineup doesn't change, DE3 will be the farthest this team goes. Would make a good matchup against teams like: Wacky Delly, Ageha, RMA, and ENA.
