Tcox is a team that I think nobody predicted to go this far. They proved everyone wrong and are now in the top bracket finals for the second year in a row, even without finnish assistance. Their victory over BIA should prove that they can challenge any team in this tournament. However, now they are playing against the team that is predicted by many to win the tournament.

BME is a team that breezed their way through to the finals in mwc04. This time around their performance has not been equally impressive and dominating. Their match vs TWF was surprisingly close. Elephants also offered them some proper resistance, but BME did emerge victorious nevertheless and that is what counts.

I would imagine that Tcox can put up a proper fight in this match as well, but I don't think they can beat BME. 4-1 for BME if everything goes as predicted. 4-1 for Tcox if the surprises in this tournament continue.

Last week I said that BIA was the only five trow team that has been performing solidly. I'll take that back now, since their loss vs Tcox doesn't really fit the description. They have been having some issues with certain important people not showing up, but they have been fielding a full roster for pretty much every match.

Nfdf is a team that I think has proven that their MWC04 dream run wasn't just a fluke. They're making at least a top6 run this year as well. The only real slip for them was their match vs Tcox. Versus DET they played with a very organized playing style and won the match quite handidly.

However, for this match I don't think NFDF has what it takes to down BIA. Without Hitlow BIA will not be playing the game any better than NFDF will, since CRC is probably a better captain than anyone else on BIA. Unfortunately I think BIA just simply has better individual skills and that should decide the match in their favor. 4-1 for BIA.

Northern Paladins is a team that has probably had the best turnout for players in the entire tournament. Only the SL game was a relapse, thanks to Rabican's scheduling! The week after that they didn't show up with many because they had their annual Np meeting that weekend. After that they have shown up with force even at 3am, so I think the commitment issues, if there were any are solved now.

Elephants however have been weakened alot since the start. Nineball not showing up for too many games and Head not showing up at all + Ducky being in alaska doing battle with the eskimos hurt them. This is unfortunate and you wouldn't really wish that something like that would happen to any team in this tournament, but the Elephants managed to put up a fight vs BME nevertheless.

How will the Elephants fair in this match is another thing. Their opponent surely isn't any easier than BME was. Somehow I just don't believe that the Elephants can advance from this match (unless something unexpected happens), so I'm predicting a 4-1 win for Np.
